The following documents accompany this form:
1. If an individual, a copy of the National Identity Card for citizens of Mauritius and a copy of passport for non-citizens.
2. If a company/firm, a copy of the certificate of incorporation.
3. A copy of the National Identity Card or passport of contact persons. (Director, Partner, Owner, Proprietor).

1. A maximum of two (2) contact persons can be input in this screen
2. A maximum of two (2) users and one (1) system administrator can be input in this screen.

4. The system administrator is responsible for giving access rights to all users and companies registered under a given subscriber/account. The system administrator can also register as a user .
