If filing or payment to the Corporate and Business Registration Department (CBRD), will be done as:

- a Management Company

- a Secretarial firm

- an Audit firm

- a Law firm

- a Registered Agent

Select ‘Company/Firm’ and provide your Company File No. You will need to ensure that CBRD has an updated list of companies under your management.

Otherwise, select ‘Individual’ and provide either your NID or Passport No. The NID or Passport No. will have to be that of a Director/Corporate Secretary/Representative of the company for which filing or payment will be done.
