Application for Current Standing Certificate (New)
Dear Users,
We are pleased to inform you that as from today, the Application for a Current Standing Certificate for Companies falling under your Portfolio can be effected through the Online Platform.Same is available against payment of a prescribed fee of Rs.100.
Please note that the Certificate will be available, for viewing and printing purposes, at your end through email.

De-activation of Helpdesk number 401-6825
Dear Valued Customer,

25.04.2023IMPORTANT NOTICE
Dear CBRIS Users,
Kindly note that documents, previously submitted over the counter of the CBRD can now be filed online, for example, Change in Financial Year or Notice of Reduction in Shares or Notice of Company Ceased to be Dormant etc.
Once approved, the status shall change and in case payment is required, then a serial number will be sent through the document to enable client to pay at the Cash Office, for example, amendments to BRC.
This new function is available under CompanyForm --> Application for Submission of Unstructured Documents.

- Purchase of Package

- Yearly Fees (For payments in MUR only)
- Trade Fees
- Business Registration
