• IMPORTANT COMMUNIQUE

  Domain Migration from https://portalmns.mu to https://cbris.mns.global

  • Decommissioning: The portalmns.mu domain will be officially decommissioned on 7th January, 2026. Please ensure all your records and bookmarks are updated to reflect the new domain.

  • Redirects: For a transitional period starting 15th December, 2025, traffic to the old domain will be automatically redirected to the new one. We strongly encourage you to test your access to the new domain https://cbris.mns.global now, to avoid any potential disruption.

  • Your login credentials and account information remain unchanged. You can continue to access your account using the same username and password.

  • This change is strictly a domain migration. All services including your accounts, data, and existing functionalities, will remain unchanged and fully operational on the new domain.

• Application for Incorporation F1
  1. Kindly note that separate code per attachment has been provided under each company category and type. Henceforth, the requests for copy of constitution, summary of file and signed certificate will be entertained after incorporation only for Domestic companies. The requests for same should be made at the Monitoring section.
  
  2. Applicants who have already effected submissions (domestic companies) inclusive of the above requests are recommended to make their respective payments by Friday 01st November 2024 before midnight. For more Information you may call on 2020600.
  
  Application for change of Name - F2
  1. As from Monday 04th November 2024 the applications will be imperatively accompanied by their respective payment (Rs100 per app)
  2. Applicants who have already effected submissions are recommended to make their respective payments by Friday 01st November 2024 before midnight.

• Application for Current Standing Certificate (New)

  Dear Users,
  We are pleased to inform you that as from today, the Application for a Current Standing Certificate for Companies falling under your Portfolio can be effected through the Online Platform.

  Same is available against payment of a prescribed fee of Rs.100.

  Please note that the Certificate will be available, for viewing and printing purposes, at your end through email.
