Banks E-Payment Processing System
The Banks E-Payment Processing System allows banks to receive electronic payments instructions from Mauritius Network Services (MNS). The payment instructions are sent by users of MNS online services to their respective banks for payment of various taxes and contributions to the Government of Mauritius.

  • M_250423    De-activation of Helpdesk number 401-6825

    Dear Valued Customer,

    With a view to further improve our quality of services, we have put in place a new hotline on 86205. You are kindly requested to call on this number instead of 401 6825 to reach our Helpdesk.

    The number 401 6825 will not be available as from Friday 5th May 2023. Foreign customers are kindly requested to call on +230 460 7205.

  • Payments in SGD Currency

    Please note that as from 01-MAR-2023, MNS BEPPS System will no longer convert Payment instructions received in SGD currency into MUR.

    Banks should hold a SGD bank account with BOM prior to sending MT102 files with SGD payments.
