What you need to incorporate your company...
1. Company Name
Name of company should not be identical to existing names
2. Company Address
A registered office is required
3. Director
A company shall have at least one residential director
4. Shareholder
At least one shareholder is required.
Note:
In case, the company is limited by guarantee or
limited by both shares and guarantee the name and details of
the member should be included.
5. Secretary
A company may have one or more secretaries.
6. Business
Registration Details
Applicant is required to fill the following details in order to be issued with a Business Registration Card:-
- Business Name, if any
- Address of Principal place of business
- General nature of business
- Proposed date of Business
- Work force at time of application
- Contact details
7. Document
What document(s) you need to incorporate your company?
- Proof Of Address (At least one resident director).
- Signed Consent forms of Director (F7).
- Signed Consent forms of either Shareholder/Member (F8).
- Consent forms of Secretary duly signed (F9). These consent forms should be downloaded on Step 8, on the supporting document section.
- Copy of Passport No. for Non Citizen.
- If there is constitution, legal certificate.
- In case there are no local resident, an investor’s permit delivered by the EDB.
- If applicable, provide a structure chart with percentage ownership in the Company.
